The True Power of Pluto in the Natal Chart
Do you want to feel fulfillment and happiness? The house where Pluto is located shows you the way.
We often talk about Pluto as the planet that shows us our fears, but I always wonder… why do I want to know what my fears are? What I want to know is how to feel better! I’ve been thinking a lot about the usefulness of astrology and every day I’m more convinced that astrology serves as a guide to living better rather than just knowing oneself.
I see the planets as guides that indicate real potentials and/or paths to overcoming concrete problems that we have to face in our daily lives.
And Pluto, that mysterious planet that takes us to the dark and unpleasant, must have a much more useful and beneficial function than being a cursed magnet that attracts experiences to our lives that trap us in a never-ending nightmare.
Ahhhh! Pluto scares me! - we all say after reading about it.
Yes, Pluto seems to indicate where we experience a face-to-face with what we prefer to keep far away! But there is something much more important that comes with Pluto. Pluto shows us where we are anesthetized, those numb parts of our being that seem to be lost in an internal limbo that resides in the unconscious.
In that limbo lie our most primitive fears:
Fear of Death: Fear of our own mortality and the unknown that follows after death.
Fear of Abandonment: Fear of being left alone, without emotional or physical support, which can trigger feelings of insecurity and vulnerability.
Fear of Rejection: Fear of not being accepted by others and being excluded from the group, which can threaten our self-esteem and sense of belonging.
Fear of Loneliness: Fear of being alone and isolated, without meaningful connections with others, which can lead to feelings of hopelessness and sadness.
Fear of Loss: Fear of losing loved ones, possessions, or important aspects of our lives that we consider valuable.
Fear of Pain and Suffering: Fear of experiencing physical or emotional pain, which can affect our overall well-being.
Fear of the Unknown: Fear of unknown situations, people, or places, which can generate anxiety and insecurity.
Fear of Failure: Fear of not meeting our own or others’ expectations, which can affect our self-esteem and sense of self-worth.
Fear of Vulnerability: Fear of showing our weaknesses and being emotionally hurt, which can lead us to avoid intimacy and openness.
Fear of Humiliation: Fear of being embarrassed or ridiculed, which can threaten our sense of dignity and worth.
Fear of Mediocrity: Fear of not being special or outstanding, which can affect our self-esteem and sense of purpose.
Fear of Losing Control: Fear of not having control over our lives or circumstances, which can generate anxiety and stress.
Pluto, according to the house where it is located, indicates the area of life where there is the potential to revive that zombie part that has been numbed by fears. In this astrological house, challenging situations may arise, which seem to be magnetically attracted to our lives. Is it our own unconscious that attracts them? Are our guides sending them? Is it our higher self? These questions may seem strange, since, in reality, Pluto seems to be the spokesperson for demons!
The truth is that Pluto seems to show us the path to our personal power rather than leading us to a dark and hopeless abyss. When we closely observe the situations that manifest where Pluto is located, we can feel that our zombie part becomes evident. That is, we become aware of unconscious and primitive patterns that limit our potential and, therefore, our happiness.
Of course, feeling where we are numb is not pleasant. But Venus takes care of pleasure!
Pluto shows us what needs to be transformed. To know the most direct path to solving what Pluto points out, we need to study the entire natal chart. What aspects does Pluto receive? What is the ruling planet of the house where it is located? What do the lunar nodes tell us?
But perhaps the most important thing is to listen to ourselves and explore what Pluto awakens within us, because Pluto indicates that, in that area of our life, we have the ability to enter the world of the subconscious and discover the hieroglyphics of our ancestral limbo that limits our individual potential.
That is why Pluto is the planet that shows us the portal to our personal power.

Yes, my Algog is at 26 degrees Taurus, conjunct the mars uranus conjunctio! I've been on a big trip for me. My first time in Bali for 2 weeks since the 17th of July. Certainly stepping out of my comfort zone and taking action! Plus opened up on Whats App, to a hot younger man I met in Perth last year. It was fab. I can see how this is all for me to transform from. As a taurean with a Capricorn ascendant I'm going slowly towards my best relationship. Each step gets me closer.
Pluto is in my 8th! Fear of losing myself in intimate relationships! No wonder soon as I'm in one I want to run. And no wonder I'm single, still! OMG help. I would like to solve this dilemma.
